Alta, the developers of Quadro, a two tower 198-unit apartment building at 3900 Biscayne Boulevard, bought the property at $18.36M in 2015. There will be 768 to 1,278 square feet, and 26,888 square feet of commercial/retail space. The building would lease offices with 592-square-feet, 387 parking spaces and a sixth-floor amenity deck with a pool, fountain and fitness center.
A company named One World Miami Realty proposed Ellipsis, a 13 story, 34-unit condominium at 702 and 708 Northeast 26th Street. The 10,000-square-foot lot was picked up at $1.57M.
Both projects may move forward to the building permit phase!
