The newly renovated 12-story building will be converted into Condo Office. The building will be improved both in the exterior and in the interior as it is currently outdated. Some of the space has leases in place. The developers are providing an existing asset with a positive cash flow, that depends on each specific floor and space. The office has a long-term lease agreement with the parking structure next-door to provide the users with access to parking spaces.
